Green lights are amazing. I can beleave how much bait they bring up.

They are awesome on the jetties. Thats my favorate place to use them.  When the water is clear you see some amazing things down there.

Do you use a flashlight?  Or do the sell somehting and if so is it lightweight?  By they way, I am planning to head down this weekend...and on the N Jettie the fishing was a bust last weekend.  We saw some Spanny Macs, but not a bite!

Port A Outfitters sells a 24 inch green light for around 20 bucks. These are submersible lights that are made for fishing. The bigest one we brought to the jetty was a four footer. The four foot bulb produces much more light but I would rather not loose a $200 light.
The hardest part is carrying the battery and keeping it dry.
